COVID-19: Important information for your stay at our hotel

Ladies and gentlemen,

dear guests,

We take your safety and well-being, as well as the one of our employees, as our utmost priority; therefore we have implemented and adhere to the highest standards of safety, hygiene and disinfection to address COVID-19 in collaboration with international medical experts and following the recommendations of the Robert-Koch Institute and the current Corona ordinance of the federal state of Berlin. Please note that the federal regulations are subject to constant change, therefore all information on this website is without guarantee. We try to keep the information as up-to-date as possible.

An overview of our measures to ensure the safety of our guests and employees in the different hotel areas:


Is a negative Corona test required to stay at the hotel?

Proof of (full) vaccination, recovery or a negative antigen test certificate must be presented upon arrival. The test certificate must not be older than 24 hours. Retesting is required every 72 hours during extended stays. For conferencers of 11 or more participant, every participant must present a negative antigen test no older than 24 hours on each day of the event.

Where are the closest test stations?

  • Buolstraße 14: approx. 7 minutes on foot (600 m)
  • Nonnendammallee 84: approx. 11 minutes on foot (850 m) or 2 stops by bus
  • Wohlrabedamm 34: approx. 13 minutes on foot (1 km) oder 2 stops by bus

What is the maximum number of people allowed in one hotel room?

6 people from max. 3 different households are allowed to stay in one room.

Is the wearing of a mask mandatory in the hotel?

Yes, it is mandatory to wear an FFP2 mask at all  times in public hotel areas.

Is there the possibility of digital contact tracing?

Yes, digital contact tracing in our hotel is carried out via the luca app.

Further measures taken by the hotel:

  • Disinfectant dispensers are available in all public hotel areas.
  • Public areas are cleand and disinfected at a higher frequency.
  • To protect both our guests and employees, the front desk is fitted with plexiglass panes.
  • Access to the front desk area is limitied to a certain number of people. For more information, please refer to the on-site signage.
  • FFP2 masks can be purchased at the front desk.
  • In order to minimise contact points and transmission routes, your room is only entered for cleaning after check-out. If you would like to have cleaning inbetween, please reach out to our front desk staff.


Does the hotel offer breakfast?

Yes, but the form in which it is offered depends on the room occupancy. At an occupancy of less than 20 rooms, we offer a practical breakfast box to go. The individual components are prepared under the strictest hygiene regulations and packaged individually.

  • sandwich or filled bread roll
  • fruit
  • water
  • juice
  • yoghurt
  • granola bar
  • coffee to go
  • small cake or muffin
  • egg

Price per day: € 7.50

At an occupancy of more than 20 rooms, we offer our regular breakfast buffet. Also the buffet is prepared and served under the strictest hygiene regulations. Due to the current situation, the number of seats available in the restaurant is limited. Please make sure to book your preferred breakfast timeslot in advance at our front desk.

Does the hotel offer lunch or dinner?

Dinner is served at our PRIME restaurant with an adjacent terrace for hotel guests and external visitors. No reservations required.

Is the hotel bar open?

Our PRIME Bar with an adjacent terrace is open for hotel guests and external visitors. No reservations required.

PRIME Bar opening hours: daily 6:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Does the hotel offer room service?

Due to the current situation we do not offer room service until further notice. Thank you for your understanding!

Is there the option for half board?

Choose between breakfast and half board when booking your room.

Wellness & Fitness

Is the wellness and fitness area open again?

Due to the current Corona regulations our wellness and fitness area remains closed until further notice. Thank you for your understanding!

Meetings & Events

Due to the current Corona regulations, for conferences of 11 or more participants, every participant must present an antigen test no older than 24 hours for each day of the event.  Room capacities are limited to max. 70 people, depending on the room combination.
