Great staff and food
Room Cleanliness, Amenities, Facilities Stayed here for a weekend away with my wife, the staff were very polite and spoke multiple languages, I parked a car at the hotel so they gave me a ticket that opens and closes the barrier all the time save getting a new ticket each time I go in, the food is nice and the bar has a pretty laid back atmosphere, the rooms are clean, had everything we required, about a 20 minute drive to central Berlin if you don't have a car there is a ubahn station at the end of the road and there's always taxis outside it's a good hotel for the price

This Holiday Inn exceeded my expectations. Located a in a quiet, far suburb of Berlin, it is nevertheless an easy walk to the U-Bahn metro subway system and several good restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself is impressive. The lobby/restaurant/bar area is quite large. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. The staff were all exceptional, friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant provided a very good breakfast and dinner, although the linguine dish could use some work. If we are ever in Berlin West again, this would be our preferred hotel.

Nice hotell. Why I booked it? It was in a quiet area and swimming pool. Reasonable price. If you got B section it was easy to be lost or misundstand the explanation.

Hotel facility as expected. I stay here time to time, when I am visiting Berlin for various reasons. Good breakfast and nice hotel room. Bad: Swimming pool was a bit too much disappointing. There was now supervision. Some young middle east teenager gang appeared at one point in the swimming pool area, dressed up and with boots on. Nobody to kick them out. Also the water quality was really bad, with some microparticles floating in the water...

Room Cleanliness, Location, Amenities, Atmosphere Nice quiet area, clean pool (not too big but was generally empty). Great breakfasts (also for kids) with lovely staff, clean sheets and comfortable beds. Downsides: pillows a bit old and smell slightly, rusty water outlet in the bathroom, not enough hangers for towels (especially after swimming), snack machine doesn’t accept cards

Great location, near Rohrdamm station. Staff is great, really pleasent. Room is comfortable and bathroom is great. Bad: Went in the winter and heating was less efficient than expected.

Room was large and comfortable, I slept well. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of cereals (which I like). Bad: Room was clean but not "deep clean," e.g. I noticed someone else's nail when I arrived, the toilet was not super clean etc. I had a bit of an argument with the staff regarding sauna which was already cold/off at 8:45 even though it should be open until 10 p.m. I understand that the hotel is trying to save energy but at least they should follow their own rules. I then got (almost literally) kicked out of the sauna at 10:05 even though the pool area is supposed to be open until 10:30 (and I was late because the sauna was cold before).

The rooms were well clean and comfortable. I found the location a bit far considering it was my first time in Berlin and there was no easy access to shops around. Bad: Finding the notice in the room to go to the pool side with towels from our rooms only to find they are providing towels at the pool.

quick and effective reception front line service. good and jouful service in the bar. Bad: bed lights too bright. lights towards the pool area much too low light, and in fact the ones in the mens xhanging room was turned off, even the pool area was open.

Room Cleanliness, Location, Amenities, Atmosphere Bad: Facilities, recognition for ihg rewards club members, away from the metro station the overall experience was good and the hotel was quite confortable, I liked the cleanliness, the swimming pool, Sauna and hotel lobby. the breakfast was satisfying except the lack of beef products. The staff were co-operative and polite. I didn't like the wood floor, I,d prefere the carpet one. Besides, more facilities should be available. The metro station was a bit far from the hotel.
