Sophisticated and creative cuisine in the hotel restaurant
Our guests enjoy creative cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere in the modern à-la-carte restaurant with daylight and a terrace. Mediterranean starter platter served with home-made focaccia, young dandelion salad and fresh pikeperch and Thai red curry with chicken breast – the head chef of the hotel restaurant "Il Faggio" puts fresh and creative cuisine on the table.
You should definitely try the restaurant's fine deserts, e.g. the home-made Baileys tiramisu with apricots and the rhubarb parfait accompanied by apple chutney. The menu changes according to the season. Our dedicated and friendly service team serves fine wines from our well-stocked wine cellar and freshly-drawn beer.
By the way: The restaurant got its name "Il Faggio" from the beautiful old beech tree in the hotel lobby which has been under preservation for years.

The hotel bar "Intermezzo" is a real highlight – During the day you enjoy fine speciality coffees with a daily paper and watch the lively hustle and bustle of the hotel under the glass roof of the atrium. And in the evening, fine cocktails, wines and freshly-drawn beer tempt you to a relaxed chat. As an accompaniment, the friendly bar team serves you snacks and warm meals, such as the typical Berlin "currywurst", Caesar salad and various types of bruschetta. Our classic Intermezzo burger, with beef, beetroot, fried eggs and fries is particularly popular. We are happy to serve you all the meals in your room. Room service is available 24 hours a day.
